Workout Achiever: I Stay In Shape For The Next Surfing Season

Work out with a friend. Favorite workout song: "Into the Groove" by Ziggy Marley. Foods: Whole foods, nothing with additives or chemicals. Simple is better. Limited wheat and meat products.
